A smooth 100 mph swing is often happier in Regular; an aggressive 92 mph transition can need Stiff. When in doubt, go one step heavier — a slightly heavier shaft you control beats a lighter one you don’t.

Note: the Fujikura Air Speeder line is built intentionally lighter than the generic weight matrix above — a 50–54 g Air Speeder at 90–100 mph is a deliberate lightweight, launch-first pick, not a contradiction.
Start with your driver swing speed for the weight and flex class. Then pick a model by the ball flight you want: lighter, higher-torque shafts (Air Speeder) add launch and speed for moderate swings; heavier, lower-torque shafts (Ventus Black) tighten dispersion and lower spin for faster, aggressive players. If you fight a two-way miss, move heavier and lower-torque before you change anything in your swing.
